Italy’s Tourism Transformation at ITB Berlin: Italy’s State Tourist Board, ENIT, celebrated its shift to a public limited company at the prestigious travel event. This change is more than structural; it signifies a new approach to managing and promoting tourism in Italy.

A particular focus would be on supporting women, who, despite making up 62 percent of the workforce in the tourism industry, are underrepresented in management positions.
