Beginning immediately, companies, regions, and destinations interested in participating can reserve their booth online for ITB Berlin 2025. This early booking allows ample time to plan for the world’s largest travel trade show. Industry leaders from across the global tourism value chain will convene at the Berlin Exhibition Grounds from March 4 to March 6, 2025.
“Following the huge success of the last ITB Berlin and the positive feedback from exhibitors and trade visitors, we are pleased to give exhibitors the opportunity for the first time to plan much earlier for ITB Berlin 2025“, said Christina Freier, Head of Sales & Administration at ITB Berlin. “We advise customers to register as soon as possible in order to take advantage of our Early Bird rates and secure the best location for their stand.“
The ITB Berlin 2025 exhibitor portal is your gateway to participating in the event. Once you’ve registered for a booth, main exhibitors can add co-exhibitors and, starting this autumn, arrange for additional event services.
Early Bird Discounts
Take advantage of Early Bird Discounts by securing your space and discounts before July 1, 2024. Register by September 1, 2024, to ensure your spot. After this date, the ITB Berlin team will organize hall layouts and update exhibitors on their stand locations.
Participating in ITB Berlin offers a chance to showcase offerings to a global audience of experts and decision-makers, engage in networking, and gain insights into the travel market. Despite its vast scale, ITB Berlin is organized for easy navigation, with halls arranged by destination and tourism sector.
