The Asia Pacific Incentives and Meetings Event (AIME) is excited to unveil its 2024 kickoff celebration theme and location: the AIME Neon Carnival, to be held at Grazeland on Monday, February 19.
Nestled in Melbourne, Grazeland stands as the city’s leading open-air culinary destination, showcasing Melbourne’s culinary wealth with an array of bars, food trucks, and stalls that highlight the diverse tastes of its multicultural population. For a special evening, this epicurean delight will transform into a neon-lit extravaganza, exclusively available to attendees of the AIME Welcome Event.
This much-anticipated event marks the beginning of Asia Pacific’s leading business events tradeshow, drawing in more than 1,600 participants, such as Hosted Buyers, Exhibitors, Media Partners, VIPs, and Visitor Buyers, with the latter group having the option to attend by upgrading their ticket.
AIME Event Director Silke Calder expresses her excitement about announcing the event’s theme and location well in advance for the tradeshow’s 31st edition.

The AIME Neon Carnival theme is inspired by event production team Cirkus Bizurkus and their Creative Director Fernando Barraza, marking the entertainment agency’s debut event in Melbourne.

The AIME 2024 will take place from February 19-21 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, with the Welcome Event at Grazeland starting the festivities on Monday, February 19, from 7 pm to 10 pm.
