The United States has expanded its hospitality portfolio with the debut of a new Extended Stay America hotel in Colorado Springs. Strategically located close to major military bases, business centers, and educational institutions, this modern four-story hotel features 120 rooms tailored for long-term stays. Guests will enjoy a variety of amenities, including fully equipped kitchens, free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and convenient on-site laundry services. The hotel’s location near Fort Carson, Peterson Space Force Base, and other key landmarks makes it ideal for military personnel, business travelers, and more.
This property is the latest addition to the Extended Stay America Premier Suites chain, developed by Integrated Hospitality Construction. The hotel offers a range of modern comforts, such as complimentary Wi-Fi, nutritious breakfast options, premium cable channels, and a spacious fitness center. A welcoming lobby with additional vending options ensures convenience for guests throughout their stay.
Each suite at the new Colorado Springs location includes a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, cookware, utensils, and dishes. The rooms also feature signature bedding, comfortable recliners, and dedicated workspaces to cater to the needs of extended stays.
This hotel marks the second collaboration between Integrated Hospitality Construction and Extended Stay America Premier Suites. Following the completion of this Colorado Springs project, Integrated Hospitality Construction is working on another Premier Suites hotel in Denver and operates an Extended Stay America Premier Suites in Pueblo, which opened in 2024.
