Room 2000 ABCD, which can be divided in four sections, was set up to welcome two banquets, a cocktail reception, a plenary session and a tradeshow. The Convention Centre’s team worked brilliantly to meet every demand. The material handling, housekeeping, building maintenance, food and beverage as well as audiovisual teams changed room setup four times, even working nights to accommodate every scheduled event.
Room 2000 AB first welcomed a banquet while room 2000 C was set up to host a cocktail reception and room 2000 D was being prepped for a tradeshow. Room 2000 AB was then stripped and set up during the night for a banquet. Last but not least, this same room was being arranged for a holiday party.
