The Connecticut Convention Center recently named Margarita Merced as its Director of Human Resources. In her role, Margarita will be responsible for staffing associates at all levels, working on benefit design and delivery, performance management, along with project management assistance at the Executive level.
Margarita has over 13 years of experience in comprehensive Human Resources. Her most recent position was Director of Human Resources at the Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa where she oversaw all HR functions since 2009. Margarita brings a wealth of experience to
the Connecticut Convention Center team and we are excited to welcome her to the Center!
