The Seoul Metropolitan Government is injecting 90 billion won ($6.74 million) into its MICE (Meeting, Incentive Travel, Convention, Exhibition, and Event) industry, marking a 16.8 percent increase from last year’s budget. This investment aims to elevate Seoul as a top destination for major exhibitions and international conferences, comparable to CES in Las Vegas and the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.
