This announcement follows a meticulous, years-long restoration project spearheaded by the renowned architectural firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and celebrated interior designer Pierre-Yves Rochon. The iconic 375-room hotel is set to debut in spring 2025, marking the beginning of a new era of luxury in the heart of Midtown Manhattan.
