Uber’s Innovative Move: Launching Water Transport in India’s Dal Lake

Starting December 2, 2024, Uber users can conveniently book shikara rides via the app, marking the company’s entry into water-based transport. This no-commission policy encourages more local boat owners to join the platform, promoting a sustainable and profitable model for operators.
