Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre (PCEC) appointed of Wayne Booth to its team as Director of Food & Beverage LSE, WA. Formerly Group Food Development Manager- at Spotless Service Pty Ltd, Mr Booth comes to PCEC with extensive national and international experience in culinary management and mobilisation of food development and service implementation across a broad range of food and beverage business.
Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, State Manager LSE WA, Nigel Keen said, “Wayne’s appointment will undoubtedly strengthen our food and beverage team at PCEC. Not only is he an asset to our broader management team, but as the food we consume becomes increasingly important to our health and wellbeing, his experience will help us grow and develop the culinary offering that our client seeks while nurturing our rising talent.
“PCEC’s current investment into the venue and in our people and services really goes a long way to ensuring our continued success and we are thrilled to welcome Wayne on board,” concluded Mr Keen.Mr Booth will work closely with the PCEC’s food and beverage teams and culinary centre in the management of all our food and beverage offerings Mr Booth will also bring his knowledge, skills and leadership to Mustard Catering’s greater business in Perth, which includes the Perth Zoo and NIB Stadium.He commenced work at Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre on 11 January 2016.
