F1® Arcade—the first officially licensed Formula 1® experiential hospitality concept—is gearing up to launch its most ambitious venue yet in Las Vegas. Scheduled to open in October 2025, this flagship location promises to fuse the adrenaline of elite motorsport with upscale entertainment and world-class hospitality in one unforgettable experience.

Strategically located inside The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, this high-octane destination will span more than 21,000 square feet over two floors. A standout feature is its expansive outdoor terrace, offering panoramic views of the iconic Las Vegas Strip, creating a unique blend of speed, style, and spectacle. As the brand’s largest venue in the United States to date, it is designed to be the premier spot for both casual visitors and those hosting upscale private events—ranging from corporate gatherings and brand activations to birthday celebrations and social mixers.

At its core, F1 Arcade Las Vegas delivers a next-generation racing simulation experience. Guests will strap into state-of-the-art full-motion racing simulators, putting them in the cockpit of their own Formula 1® car. Combined with sleek interior design, dynamic lighting, and high-energy ambiance, the venue sets the perfect stage for any event—from intimate groups to high-capacity celebrations.

For private events, the venue offers an array of customizable options, including dedicated rooms, semi-private areas, and full venue takeovers that can accommodate up to 600 guests. One highlight is “The Briefing Room”—a stylish, tech-equipped private space that features a 19-foot bar, 23 high-performance racing simulators, seating for 220 guests, and a private terrace with Strip views. The room is fully wired for presentations, entertainment, and immersive audiovisual experiences.

For large-scale functions, the venue’s full buyout setup includes 87 simulators, three permanent bars, a mobile cocktail station, and 19 high-definition screens—headlined by a striking 9-foot LED screen over the main bar. These features make the space ideal for high-impact events, such as product launches, client entertainment, esports tournaments, and high-profile parties.

Interactive games such as “React”—inspired by the quick-reflex training used by F1® drivers—and “Lights Out,” a simulation of the race starting grid countdown, add layers of competitive fun to the experience. Complementing the racing thrills is a thoughtfully curated menu of globally inspired dishes and elevated bar offerings.
