IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Lawrence Tan as Food and Beverage Director. In his new role, Mr. Tan will be responsible for co-ordinating all aspects of banquet functions as well as catering and maintaining the quality and reputation of IMPACT Food and Beverage services by working alongside the Executive Chef and supervising the day-to-day operations. He will lead IMPACT to a great success, push the company to the next level of the food and beverage service industry, and uphold the quality in accordance with the ISO 22000 international standard for food safety management systems which IMPACT was the first MICE operator in Thailand to be certified under the standard in order to ensure guest are delighted with customer service we deliver.

Mr. Tan has over 35 years of international experience in the hospitality industry with expertise in Food and Beverage management and worked in many leading global hotels such as Grand Hyatt, Sheraton Towers, Raffles Hotel, and Gallery Hotel in Singapore and Plaza International in New Zealand. He was at one point the proud owner of his own restaurant, Porterhouse Grill & Bar steak house-a casual dining cuisine in Singapore. Mr. Tan is very enthusiastic to support the team and apply his extensive experience to the new career at IMPACT. He is determined to reinforce employee skills and performance to ensure IMPACT’ services meet customer’s specifications and exceed their expectations.

IMPACT Exhibition Management Co.,Ltd. operates 19 restaurants including 8 restaurants inside the exhibition center, namely Hong Kong Fisherman, Hong Kong Café,Terrazza Restaurant and Bar, Bistro De Champagne, Manorah Thai restaurant, Noodle Nation, Flann O’Brien’s Irish Pub and Taisho-Tei Ramen and 11 restaurants outside the exhibition center including Hong Kong Suki, Flann O’Brien’s Irish Pub at Asiatique The Riverfront, Silom and Eight Thonglor, Hong Kong Fisherman Café at K Village on Sukhumvit 26, Ito-Kacho at Nihonmura Mall on Thonglor 13, BEEHIVE Lifestyle Mall in Muang Thong
Thani, Nihonmachi Japanese Mall on Sukhumvit 26 and Thaniya, Silom and Monarah Royal Cuisine at The Grand Postal Building in Bangrak district.
