Truma North America and RV dealerships across the country are teaming up to host Eclipse Watch Parties on Monday, April 8th. According to astronomy.com, this upcoming Total Eclipse is expected to be the most significant one to cross North America in the last hundred years.
Unlike the 2017 North American Total Eclipse, the event on April 8th will cover a larger, more populated area of the country and last longer in totality. North America won’t see such a significant total eclipse again until 2044.
“We understand that campgrounds across the country are seeing an increase in reservations for the days leading up to and after the eclipse,” said Truma VP of Sales and Marketing Tim Williams. “Since a key part of our mission is to help RV owners create unforgettable memories outdoors, it made sense that we celebrate this significant event, and it gives us a chance to highlight some of our dealer partners.”
Truma will co-host eclipse watch parties at various dealership locations, offering attendees light refreshments, Truma Eclipse viewing glasses, and the chance to win a C30 30-liter Truma Cooler Portable Fridge/Freezer. Here are the dealership venues:
Additionally, Truma will support an Eclipse viewing event hosted by our manufacturing partner, Panoramic RV, in Montreal, Quebec.
The celebrations begin at noon local time on Monday, April 8th, with the eclipse first visible at Iron Horse RV at 1:33 PM CDT.
