Conrad Macao, Cotai Central located at Sands Cotai Central has added another prestigious award to its already long list of accolades: ‘China’s Leading Conference Hotel 2015’ at the annual World Travel Awards – Asia and Australasia region. The announcement was made at a glittering event held in Hong Kong on 29 October.
Originally established in 1993, the World Travel Awards acknowledge, reward and celebrate excellence across all sectors of the global travel and tourism industry. In its historic 22nd year, the WTA brand is recognised globally as the ultimate hallmark of quality, with winners setting the benchmark to which others aspire. Votes are made by professionals working within travel and tourism – senior executives, travel buyers, tour operators and travel agents. In 2014, over 650,000 individual votes were cast by travel professionals and high-end tourism consumers.
Conrad Macao, the largest meetings hotel in Hilton’s Asia Pacific region, offers the perfect location for residential meetings with 654 guestrooms and suites. In addition, Conrad Macao offers 6,500 square metres of meeting facilities which includes 53 separate conferences, meetings and boardrooms to cater to functions of varied sizes and needs. The hotel also offers access to an additional six junior ballrooms and one grand ballroom spanning 13,500 square metres available within Sands Cotai Central.
