Free, gourmet ice creams, lolly bar, vintage iced tea, espresso bar, canapes and complimentary meeting and accommodation rooms are part of a new ‘Icing on the Cake’ bonus offer for meetings and conferences designed to add fun and value to business events at the 4½-star Chifley Wollongong.
Available via The Conference Shop – a new, free website service to help companies plan business events in regional areas – the special offer allows meeting and conference organisers to select from 12 bonus ‘sweeteners’ for events booked by June 30, 2015, and held by December 31, 2015.
Event spends of between $2000 and $4999 qualify for one sweetener, events up to $9999 qualify for two sweeteners, events costing up to $14,999 allow three sweeteners and a conference costing more than $15,000 qualifies for four of the sweeteners.
The 12 sweeteners include gourmet icecream cones to accompany a working lunch, a ‘sugar hit’ lolly bar at morning or afternoon tea, a free breakout room, free mini games for delegates to play during their break, free vintage-inspired ice tea, complimentary espresso bar, cash discounts or a complimentary accommodation room for every 20 paid rooms.
