David Hart has worked as a seasoned chef. His works include 17 years of culinary experience. He has previously worked in luxury hotels like The Stables Resort Perisher, Sofitel Brisbane, and Pullman International Cairns.
He is known for keeping his dishes simple, fresh, and local. Cairns Convention Centre has now officially announced his appointment as the new executive chef.
Hart expressed himself that he is looking forward to further developing the team’s culinary creativity and skills. Also, the chef is all set to provide their guests with an unforgettable event experience. He wishes to bring out the best of what Tropical North Queensland has to offer.
Culinary service director Benjamin Boudaud proclaims that the Cairns Convention Centre is nearing the completion of a $176 million expansion. He added that the center is expanding not just in size but also in different offerings. Native ingredients, tropical fruits, vegetables, beef, dairy, coffee, vanilla, and tea there are definitely a range of choices to spoil their guests.
Hart’s appointment as an executive chef is a welcome addition to the team. The new Trinity Banquet Room offers a spectacular dining experience and an innovative event space.
