Yesterday, the New England Chapter of the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) gathered at their annual meeting and inducted its new president, Anissa Ladd. During her one-year term, Anissa will lead Board and membership meetings, will make all committee appointments, and will guide the chapter to complete their 2014 objectives.
The New England Chapter of PCMA strives to deliver breakthrough education, encourage involvement in community-based service programs, and promote the value of professional convention and meeting management.
Anissa is the Senior National Sales Manager at the Connecticut Convention Center. The Center is owned by the state of Connecticut and is managed by Waterford Venue Services, with headquarters located in Waterford, CT. Anissa has been with Waterford for 11 years and has been with the Connecticut Convention Center since 2006.
