Ramada Powai Hotel and Convention Centre is ecstatic to tantalize your taste buds with their Sushi and Teppanyaki Festival at Skky by crafting a unique and an utterly spellbinding menu. Skky, the rooftop restro-lounge and bar will showcase an assorted array of delicacies from Japan. The restaurant will allow you to choose an exciting combination of ‘Sushi’ (Junmai sake) and ‘Teppanyaki’ (Nigori Sake) between 18th to 24th January. The festival will be a celebration of Teppan’s best Japanese fare, hosted by the Chef Simanchal Sabat who will showcase some of the best sushi and teppan.
As the name of the festival suggests, the stars of the culinary fest are a range of authentic ‘sushi’ and ‘yaki’.
The festival menu will feature Sushi favorites like Avocado cream cheese Nigiri, Hamachi Nigiri, Unagi Nigiri, Asparagus tempura rolls, Insane Maki roll, Soft-shell crab Maki roll and many more luscious sushi food.
The festival menu will feature Teppan favorites like Tofu Saute (Grilled tofu tossed with teriyaki sauce accompanied with assorted veggies), Teppanyaki Fried Rice Veg (Carrot, bell pepper, garlic and spring onion fried rice made with Japanese sticky rice with kikkoman soya), Scottish Salmon (Salmon steaks, golden seared, seasoned with fresh lemon & Kikkoman & flambeed with white wine, served assorted vegetables), Skky Fried rice (Chef’s special garlic flavored Japanese sticky rice with salmon dices, egg and vegetables) and many more authentic Teppan cuisines.
